Director of Market Access and HEOR (full-time, home-based)

MTRC, a leading boutique Med Tech market access consultancy in Europe, is looking for a Director of Market Access and HEOR.

The position is home-based (Europe only), reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the company.

Compensation includes a package of fixed salary, quarterly and annual bonuses.

Responsibilities include :
  1. Providing technical guidance to the Reimbursement and Evidence Synthesis Groups at MTRC (both groups have Directors).
  2. Managing the Health Economics Group.
  3. Contributing to business development (participation in calls with clients, approval of commercial proposals).
  4. Creating and supervising content for marketing.
  5. Leading exploration and research in new prospective areas for the company.
  6. Representing MTRC at meetings with external stakeholders (clients, conferences, industry associations).
Requirements :
  1. More than 7 years of experience in Med Tech, Pharma, or life sciences consulting, specifically in market access, reimbursement, or health economics.
  2. Hands-on experience with health economics modeling and literature reviews/value dossiers.
  3. Understanding of market access for medical devices in Europe (beneficial).
  4. Peer-reviewed publications (beneficial).
  5. Medical background (beneficial).
  6. Knowledge of European languages other than English (beneficial).
