Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Investment – China market to lead the identification, attraction, and development of investment opportunities from China. The primary focus is to establish and maintain strong relationships with Chinese investors, including investment funds, corporations, and financial institutions, to secure funding for industrial sector projects in various regions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and analyze potential investment opportunities from Chinese markets for industrial sector companies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese investors, including investment funds, corporations, and financial institutions.
• Structure and negotiate investment deals, ensuring alignment with Chinese financial market regulations and expectations.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to evaluate investment viability.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to develop compelling investment proposals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on China-related investment trends and opportunities.
• Represent the company at financial and industry events in China and other key investment hubs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant international and regional financial regulations.

Languages (Mandatory Requirements) :

Mandarin Chinese : Plus if applicable.

English : Advanced level.

Spanish : Advanced level.

Academic Background :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master's degree or specialization in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance is preferred.

Professional Experience (Essential Requirements) :

Minimum of 7 years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.

Proven success in securing and structuring investment deals with Chinese investors.

Strong understanding of China's financial ecosystem, including regulatory frameworks and investor expectations.

Experience with industrial sector companies, such as manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure.
