Jobgether SRL is seeking a Director of Marketing based in Spain to own the go-to-market strategy across EMEA and APAC. You will shape a modern demand generation engine, leverage AI and automation, and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Operations, and data teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

You will lead hands-on execution as an individual contributor, building scalable reporting frameworks and experimentation roadmaps to continually improve targeting, conversion, and marketing

Formación

• 5+ years of marketing experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record owning strategy and execution with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Strong experience developing reporting frameworks and using insights to optimize campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across EMEA and APAC, linking programs to pipeline and revenue.
• Build scalable programs to generate high-quality, sales-ready opportunities and strengthen the demand engine.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign efficiency.
• Own the full marketing funnel from acquisition to conversion and optimize funnel performance.
