Job Opportunity: Director of Product Strategy

We are seeking a Director of Product Strategy to join our leadership team. This role involves shaping the vision and direction of our financial management applications, leading with authenticity, collaborating effectively, and delivering sustainable value to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Deep understanding of financial applications
• Proven experience in leading cloud-native product transformations
• Experience integrating AI / ML or automation into enterprise software
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the product vision, strategy, and goals aligned with business objectives
• Define and drive the product roadmap for financial modules like general ledger, AP/AR, budgeting, financial reporting, and FP&A
• Champion cloud-native architecture and lead the transition from legacy systems to scalable platforms
• Infuse AI and automation into products to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of financial applications
• Proven track record in cloud-native product transformations
• Experience with AI/ML or automation integration
• Strong collaboration skills, especially with engineering and design teams
• Knowledge of product management best practices, including data-driven roadmaps, outcome focus, customer centricity, experimentation, and agile methods

Preferred qualifications include experience with mid-market ERP platforms, a background in finance or accounting, and familiarity with corporate managerial accounting and finance operations.
