Scopely in Barcelona is seeking a Director, Creative Intelligence to lead strategy, measurement, and tooling for the Creative Intelligence team in a hybrid Barcelona studio.

Based in Barcelona, you will guide analytics, AI-powered insights, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, UA, Analytics, and the internal creative agency to drive creative performance across the portfolio.

Formación

• Proven leadership of advanced marketing analytics teams.
• Experience building measurement frameworks linking creative inputs to outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of experimentation, attribution, and AI-enabled insights.
• Fluent collaboration across Marketing, Analytics and Product.

Responsabilidades

• Set the Creative Intelligence strategy and roadmap. Define priorities, products, measurement needs, and team goals.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across creative analytics and AI enablement.
• Measure creative success and support testing across live and slate games.
