The Director of Business Operations is a leadership role responsible for overseeing daily business operations, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and managing key stakeholder relationships. This individual will work closely with the Head of Business Operations to ensure operational activities align with company strategy and market needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, operations, financial planning, and investor relations, with proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all aspects of day-to-day business operations to drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
• Collaborate with teams including Commercial & Customer Delivery, Product-Design-Engineering, Finance, and Legal for seamless execution of initiatives.
• Develop and implement operational processes and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leaders to support decision-making and ensure strategic alignment.
• Manage internal communications, coordinate cross-departmental projects, and execute key initiatives effectively.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Drive strategic planning, monitor initiative execution, and adapt strategies based on market trends and performance.
• Oversee creation of stakeholder engagement decks, financial models, and other key documents for funding and support.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead Evinova's in-market operating model across locations and site engagement networks.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency within People and Operations teams.
• Develop Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans with cybersecurity leadership.
• Track budget and AI commitments for the People and Operations teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in business operations, strategy, or management consulting, with experience in high-growth settings.
• Experience supporting senior leadership, ideally in SaaS, pharmaceutical, medical device, high-tech, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, business case development, fundraising, and investor relations.
• Financial acumen with experience in modeling, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional engagement and external stakeholder interaction.
