AstraZeneca BPM seeks a Director, Clinical Programming to lead programming strategy across internal and external teams, delivering high-quality analyses for the Statistics portfolio. You will steer AI-enabled initiatives, ensure governance, and mentor junior programmers in a global setting.

You will drive automation, data standards, and efficient delivery while collaborating with Data Management, Epidemiology, and Evidence Delivery teams to translate study needs into executable programming plans.

Formación

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, CS, Engineering or Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in clinical/statistical programming with leadership of complex deliverables.
• Advanced SAS programming and SAS macros proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Set direction for Clinical Programming within BPM RWS&A and shape the function's operating model.
• Oversee programming delivered by CROs and internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives and serve as SME on AI workstreams.
