The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Accounting or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience across audit, tax, and accounting areas. Experience in international group finance and familiarity with consolidation procedures are required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a good understanding of data analysis techniques, is essential. Knowledge of Dynamics AX7, Hyperion, and BI software like Jedox is a plus. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with French being advantageous. Strong managerial and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in developing and delivering financial presentations to executive audiences are essential.

As Director of the Accounting Shared Service Center, you will oversee operational finance and accounting functions for the SSC across 15 entities, supervise a team of 25 professionals, and ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant financial reporting and processes. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and developing a team of approximately 25 FTEs, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and consolidation staff.
• Maintaining and improving SSC capacities, including staffing, procedures, capacity allocation, internal controls, and budgeting.
• Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, managing significant transactions, meeting deadlines, and resolving critical issues. Interacting with group and local auditors, managing audits, and resolving issues identified by external auditors.
• Researching and resolving domestic, international, and financial reporting accounting issues, ensuring consistency across departments.
