Descripción del empleo

Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy to improve the availability, efficiency, and reliability of spare parts. Align this strategy with the company’s overall business objectives, focusing on cost control, quality, and delivery.

Optimize inventory levels and ensure that spare parts are available when needed with the right stock levels.

Develop a diverse supplier base to ensure business continuity and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions.

Oversee the transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes of spare parts to ensure timely delivery and efficient handling. Collaborate with logistics partners to reduce transit times and optimize distribution routes.

Identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain, including procurement, transportation, and warehousing. Work on strategies to reduce overhead while maintaining service levels.

Leverage digital tools to enhance supply chain visibility, track parts in real-time, and improve decision-making.

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree, master preferred. Finance and commercial educations preferred.
  • Background of 10 years in senior manager or above positions.
  • Preferred profile from Wind.
  • A strong proficiency in P&L and balance sheet management is a must for this role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the unique requirements and challenges involved in maintaining a stable global spare parts supply.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and fostering the growth of team members.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and goal-oriented persistence when dealing with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Highly organized work style and strategic vision for the conceptual development of the division.
