Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Change Management Director in Valencia to drive enterprise-wide change strategies for large-scale healthcare digital transformations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape communication and training programs, and ensure measurable adoption across complex healthcare environments.

The role requires extensive change management expertise, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading change management in consulting, healthcare, or public sector.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation projects in healthcare or public sector.
• Expertise in change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, ACMP, APMG).
• Native Spanish and professional-level English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Change Management workstream across complex healthcare transformation and digitalization programs.
• Define and implement enterprise-wide change management strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct organizational impact assessments across processes, roles, governance, and culture.
• Oversee change management roadmap across initiation, design, deployment, go-live, stabilization, and optimization.
• Design stakeholder engagement strategies for executives, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Own and manage communications strategy with governance and feedback mechanisms.
• Lead change management workshops and adoption activities throughout the lifecycle.
• Build networks of champions and reference users to support adoption.
• Define training strategies and coordinate large-scale training delivery.
• Monitor readiness, adoption metrics, and reporting dashboards.
