Sonova is seeking a Director, Global Repair Operations to define and lead the global strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap for its repair network. You will unite regions and functions to drive refurbishment, reprocessing and reverse logistics improvements that elevate customer experiences and sustainability.

• Master’s degree plus 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain or manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the global strategy, operating model and multi-year roadmap for Sonova’s repair network.
• Shape and optimize the global network footprint across sites, capacity and investments.
• Lead end-to-end refurbishment, reprocessing and reverse logistics improvements.
• Drive digitalization, automation and continuous improvement to enhance quality, productivity and cost.
• Establish global performance measures and governance across quality, delivery, cost, inventory and sustainability.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for technology and network investments.
• Build a high-performing, cross-functional global community of repair and circular-operations leaders.
