Sonova Group seeks a Director, Global Repair Operations to define and lead the global strategy, operating model and multi-year roadmap for the repair network, including refurbishment and reprocessing.

You will shape the network footprint, drive end-to-end improvements, advance digitalization and establish global governance across quality, delivery, cost and sustainability. This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence a worldwide repair capability with measurable impact.

Formación

• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, supply chain or manufacturing.
• Strong capacity planning, network optimization and operating model development.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

• Shape and optimize the global network footprint, including site roles, capacity, capabilities, technologies, processes and investments.
• Lead end-to-end improvement and standardization of refurbishment, reprocessing and reverse logistics operations.
• Drive digitalization, automation and continuous improvement to boost quality, productivity, delivery and cost performance.
• Establish global performance measures and governance across quality, delivery, cost, inventory and sustainability.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and lead a global community of repair and circular-operations leaders.

As Director, Global Repair Operations, you will define and lead the global strategy, operating model and roadmap for Sonova’s repair network. You will bring strategic leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to connect teams across regions and functions. • Define and execute the global strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap for Sonova’s repair (refurbishment and reprocessing) network.
• Shape and optimize the global network footprint, including site roles, capacity, capabilities, technologies, processes, and investment priorities.
• Lead the end-to-end improvement and standardization of refurbishment, reprocessing, and reverse logistics operations.
• Drive digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance quality, productivity, delivery, cost, and service performance.
• Establish global performance measures and governance across quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity, and sustainability.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for technology, automation, capability, and network investments.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships and lead a high-performing global community of repair and circular-operations leaders.

More about you

• A master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in areas such as operations, supply chain, manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in capacity planning, network optimization, operational excellence, process standardization and the development of effective operating models.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, supported by strong business and financial acumen and experience developing business cases and investment proposals; coupled with "hands on", pragmatic approach
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders, work effectively across functions, regions and sites, and lead change in an evolving environment
• Fluent English; any additional language is a plus
