Johnson & Johnson in Madrid is seeking a Director of HCC Data Management & Technology Operations to lead global data and analytics for Health Care Compliance. You will drive governance, risk monitoring, and reporting across regions, embedding “compliance by design” in enterprise systems and collaborating with IT, Privacy, and Legal.

The role requires 10–12+ years in regulated environments, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Minimum 10–12+ years experience in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, judgment and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluency in English; experience in IT or Healthcare Compliance preferred.
