Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Director of HCC Data Management & Technology Operations to provide global leadership for compliance data initiatives. The role drives analytics, data governance, and technology strategies that support transparency reporting, anti‑corruption monitoring, and third‑party risk management across regions.

You will lead a global team, collaborate with IT and business units, and ensure data quality and secure data handling in line with privacy standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10–12+ years of experience in compliance, data management, or IT-enabled risk
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Experience influencing senior leadership in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide global leadership for HCC data management and technology operations.
• Drive analytics and automation to support compliance reporting.
• Govern data quality and governance across regions to enable risk monitoring.
• Embed compliance controls into enterprise systems through design and deployment.
• Lead a global team and manage budgets for the HCC data program.
