We are seeking a Director, Client Services to lead strategic client relationships, drive innovative healthcare marketing solutions, and contribute to the growth of a newly launched agency. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding division, collaborating with global pharma brands and shaping the future of healthcare communications.

About the Agency

Our client is a newly established healthcare agency that sits under the umbrella of a global life sciences commercialization company, working alongside a highly successful NYC-based pharma ad agency. With a $25M project scope for the next six months, the agency has already secured major clients. They specialize in HCP marketing, digital sales aids, websites, email campaigns, and multi-channel solutions across various therapeutic areas such as diabetes and oncology.

The Role

  1. Leading and growing key pharma client relationships in Spain and across Europe.
  2. Overseeing multi-channel marketing projects from strategy to execution.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, medical, and digital specialists.
  4. Driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  5. Supporting business growth by identifying opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Who You Are

  1. Healthcare advertising pro – Strong background in pharma / healthcare marketing agencies.
  2. Client-focused leader – Proven experience managing large-scale client accounts.
  3. Strategic thinker – Ability to navigate complex pharma marketing landscapes.
  4. Multilingual communicator – Fluent in Spanish (native) and English.
  5. Flexible & travel-ready – Comfortable with weekly client visits (initially) across European locations.
