A fast-growing HR Tech SaaS firm in Galicia, Spain is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial strategy during a crucial phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, strong SaaS metrics knowledge, and a proven track record in M&A. Formación

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience.
• Strong background in SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.).
• Proven experience leading M&A transactions.
• Experience negotiating and managing debt financing.
• Solid track record in reporting to private equity or VC funds.
• Fluent English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.
• Strategic thinker with a scale-up mindset.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to join our executive team and lead our financial strategy through this next phase of growth.

What we’re looking for :

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience.
• Strong background in SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.).
• Proven experience leading M&A transactions (due diligence, financial modeling, post-merger integration).
• Experience negotiating and managing debt financing.
• Solid track record in reporting to private equity or VC funds.
• Fluent English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.
• Strategic thinker with a scale-up mindset and hands-on attitude.

What you’ll do : Define and drive the company’s financial strategy. Oversee investor reporting and manage key relationships with financial partners. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Identify and execute M&A opportunities to support inorganic growth. Partner closely with the CEO and board on high-impact decisions. Build and scale a high-performing finance team.
