A fast-growing HR Tech SaaS scale-up is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial strategy during a pivotal phase of international expansion. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, particularly in SaaS environments, with strong M&A and investor reporting skills. Formación

• Fluent English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.

What we’re looking for :

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience.
• Strong background in SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.).
• Proven experience leading M&A transactions (due diligence, financial modeling, post-merger integration).
• Experience negotiating and managing debt financing .
• Solid track record in reporting to private equity or VC funds .
• Fluent English (C1+) ; additional languages are a plus.
• Strategic thinker with a scale-up mindset and hands-on attitude.

What you’ll do :

• Define and drive the company’s financial strategy.
• Oversee investor reporting and manage key relationships with financial partners.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Identify and execute M&A opportunities to support inorganic growth.
• Partner closely with the CEO and board on high-impact decisions.
• Build and scale a high-performing finance team.
