2. Explore new geographical markets and assess their business potential.
3. Research opportunities for new products within the crypto industry.
4. Develop market entry strategies for new products and scale existing ones.
5. Contribute to the development of the company's long-term strategic vision.

Requirements :

1. 3+ years of experience as a consultant or business analyst.
2. Strong strategic thinking skills and a solid commercial mindset.
3. A pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving.
4. Deep understanding of financial products and business models.
5. Experience in launching new products and expanding existing ones.
6. Knowledge of crypto products and DeFi ecosystems.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Ownership & proactiveness - the ability to take initiative and drive projects.
9. Transparency - clear and open communication with teams and stakeholders.
10. Managing a diverse portfolio of products - some have already achieved product-market fit, while others are in early-stage development.
11. Scaling successful products and finding the right audience for newly launched ones.
12. Navigating the fast-changing crypto landscape, identifying new opportunities, and adapting to market trends.
