Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to support Azure cloud and infrastructure services in a global DaaS environment. You will track demand, dependencies and performance, help technical teams and providers move actions forward, and escalate decisions to the right owners.

The role requires coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders across countries, with fluent English and Spanish, and familiarity with Jira/ServiceNow, Azure, and ITIL practices.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in IT service coordination or similar role.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, service providers and geographically distributed stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of incident, problem, change, request and SLA/KPI management.
• Experience maintaining backlogs in Jira and/or ServiceNow, tracking dependencies and risks, and producing service reports.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and enterprise infrastructure; networking, identity/RBAC, compute, storage and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Terraform/IaC, CI/CD, GitHub, Azure DevOps and monitoring tools.

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to support reliable delivery of Azure cloud and infrastructure services in a global DaaS environment. You'll keep track of demand, commitments, dependencies and service performance, help technical teams and providers move agreed actions forward, and escalates decisions to the right owners.

• Freelance: Remote from anywhere in Spain
• International projects and collaboration with teams across different countries
• 5+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Coordinator or in a similar IT service coordination, infrastructure operations or technical delivery role.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, service providers and geographically distributed stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of incident, problem, change, request and service-level management (SLA/KPI) practices.
• Experience maintaining backlogs in Jira and/or ServiceNow, tracking dependencies and risks, and producing service reports.
• Experience coordinating changes and operational transitions: readiness checks, runbooks, knowledge transfer, handover to Run & Ops and hypercare.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and enterprise infrastructure: networking, identity/RBAC, compute, storage and Kubernetes concepts.
• Awareness of Terraform/IaC, CI/CD, GitHub, Azure DevOps and monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Datadog or Grafana).
• Ability to work independently within a defined mandate and recognise when escalation is required.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish.
• ITIL certification is desirable (equivalent practical experience is accepted).
