The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in large transformation projects, with a focus on building relationships in various sectors. This role is based in Boadilla del Monte, Spain, and involves frequent travel.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Design and execute strategies to attract and develop top functional and technological talent for our centers in Boadilla, Málaga, Warsaw, and future centers in America.
  • Position SCIB COO as the best place to work for top national and international talent.
  • Lead the growth of our new Málaga Hub and design principles for a new global organization distributed across multiple countries.
  • Create an ecosystem of external companies collaborating with our new teams in Málaga and Warsaw.
  • Develop plans for nurturing young talent.
  • Establish new channels for talent identification and recruitment from Latin America, North Africa, and Eastern Europe.

EXPERIENCE
  • At least 5 years of experience in large transformation projects and/or creating new teams or functions.
EDUCATION
  • Higher education, preferably in STEM fields.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • Strong ability to build relationships with service companies, universities, bootcamps, public institutions, and other multinational corporations.
  • Practical experience in end-to-end project creation and implementation.
OTHER INFORMATION
  • The primary work location will be Boadilla del Monte, but frequent travel will be required.
