A technology startup is looking for an Architect to manage and build a scalable backend system. Responsibilities include supervising a global team and developing core APIs. Candidates should have significant leadership experience (10+ years) and a strong background in API development and data security. This position is fully remote and ideal for someone comfortable with a hybrid team environment.

Formación

• 10+ years total experience.
• 4+ years in leadership roles, especially with backend teams.
• Experience in startups or SaaS preferred.
• Ideally has managed offshore teams.
• Must be fluent in English for global team management.

Responsabilidades

• Architect TT’s backend system end-to-end.
• Supervise a global hybrid team.
• Build core APIs, data model, and cloud architecture.
• Grow into VP Engineering / long-term CTO.
