What you’ll do
Lead and mentor the data engineering team, fostering technical growth and collaboration
Architect, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure (Google Cloud preferred)
Manage and build new technical data products for client reporting and cross-departmental collaboration.
Maintain and improve existing our existing client data infrastructure and reporting product, the Flight Plan.
Design and implement data models, ETL processes, microservices, and data warehousing solutions
Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices across all platforms
Optimize data processing for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
Use AI and automation to optimize data engineering workflows
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust data and AI solutions
Oversee data integration from multiple internal and external sources
Recruit, onboard, and develop top data engineering talent
Monitor and report on data platform health, performance, and KPIs
Stay current with industry trends to guide long-term data strategy and innovation
You should apply if this sounds like you :
Experience
7+ years building and scaling data pipelines in complex environments
Proficient in Python and modern data engineering frameworks
Strong experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred)
Proven track record in architecting and optimizing ETL processes and data warehouses
Experience leading and mentoring data engineering teams
Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices
Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional technical and business teams
