A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking an Associate Director, HR Project Management. In this role, you will lead and manage global HR projects, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with strategic goals. The successful candidate will have extensive project management experience and a robust understanding of HR operations. This position allows for remote work, with minimal travel expected, offering an exciting opportunity for impactful leadership in HR initiatives.
The Associate Director, HR Project Management is responsible for providing leadership and project management around approved Global HR Projects / Programs. This role oversees the operational aspects of projects and serves as liaison between project management, key stakeholders, and HR functional owners. Directly or through a team of Project Managers, reviews status of projects / programs, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. The Associate Director, HR Project Management assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS :
Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree desirable.
