The Director C&I Solutions is responsible for developing SMAs Commercial and Industrial business within designated markets. They manage, develop, and maintain positive key business partnerships and stakeholder relationships, aligned with segment market priorities.

The scope includes the C&I solar, storage, and EV charging portfolio (Hardware, Software, Services) with current and future business models.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales, revenue, and business development of the Commercial & Industrial segment within the region, collaborating with the global C&I business team and regional management.
• Collect and analyze regional market data to inform segment development strategies.
• Design and implement regional strategic segment plans aligned with global strategies to meet business targets.
• Manage financial performance, KPIs, and forecast accuracy for the markets.
• Understand customer groups and verticals within the C&I sector.
• Drive the placement of the C&I solution portfolio through various sales channels.
• Build industry relationships by engaging with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Promote customer-centricity and end-to-end solutions within the team to enhance customer experience and meet targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement on messaging, value selling, and sales tools usage.
• Report to the VP C&I Solutions Western & Southern Europe.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Business or Engineering with a technical affinity.
• At least 7 years of experience in sales or business development, with knowledge of the Renewable Energy Industry.
• Experience in managing relationships and contracts in an industrial environment, preferably within the renewable sector.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate and build trust.
• Customer and success-oriented, adaptable, and team player.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a problem-solving mindset.
• High willingness to travel internationally.
• Proficiency in English; Italian, French, Spanish are a plus.

Reporting Line

Reports to the Vice President C&I Solutions Western & Southern Europe.
