Aiming to enhance our product support teams, we are looking for a technical support specialist focused on our detection product line. As a technical support specialist for the detection product range, you will support our international sales teams and customers in implementing their projects using our fire protection solutions and system components.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to sales teams, customers, and system installers.
• Conduct presentations and technical trainings in person and online in English and, ideally, other languages.
• Offer expert advice on selecting fire protection solutions and system components.
• Compile project-specific BOMs.
• Configure fire alarm and extinguishing control panels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, create offers, and process project orders.
• Provide technical documentation.
• Assist with technical questions and support commissioning processes.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics engineering, energy systems electronics engineering, mechatronics, preferably with specialization in energy and construction technology or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in commissioning electrical systems.
• Knowledge of fire alarm and extinguishing control systems.
• Experience in preparing quotations and order processing (SAP knowledge is advantageous).
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Fluent in English; German and other European languages are a plus.
• Customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and goal-oriented.
