Vonage is seeking a Director of Product for BSS & Platform Services to own roadmap and vision across Lead-to-Cash, Data Analytics, Identity, Accounts & Users, and API Gateway. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales and Marketing to drive growth.

The role focuses on strategic thinking, security, scalability, and data-driven decisions, while engaging customers and internal teams to help partners grow their businesses.

Formación

• Extensive product management leadership with cross-cultural teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS like CRM, Analytics, Billing & Rating.
• Experience with back-office systems.
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven presentation skills.
• Security, scalability and regulatory aspects of enterprise cloud services.
• Delivery of complex BSS/OSS transformations.
• API Gateways, Identity Management and Data analytics experience.
• Some programming background or familiarity with SQL/Kibana.
• Adaptable with growth mindset in startups or large enterprises.

Responsabilidades

• Take comprehensive ownership of Lead-to-Cash, Data analytics, Identity, Accounts & users and API gateway product offering.
• Define and execute product strategy, including AI integrations and capabilities.
• Operationally manage the team.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Leaders, Product Managers, Sales & Marketing leaders, Carrier Team & Engineering Leadership.
• Prioritize and trade off across product lines as Product Director.
• Drive development speed and efficiency with Engineering and Operations.
• Steward digital transformation of BSS and back-office services integration.
