About the role

At Flanks, we are looking for a driven Business Development Representative - French market to join our dynamic Revenue team! If you thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace continuous learning, and have the resilience to overcome challenges, we’d love to meet you!

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Identify and nurture leads to create new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a contact list, promoting discovery calls to secure meetings.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels.
  • Handoff qualified opportunities to the Business Development Management team.
  • Manage activities to meet and exceed KPIs.

The essential skills we’re looking for include :

  • Proven Sales Experience : 5+ years in sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Communication Pro : Strong phone and email skills.
  • Resilience & Tenacity : Handle rejection with grace and stay motivated.
  • Empathy & Emotional Intelligence : Understand customer needs and focus on solutions.
  • Adaptability : Thrive in fast-paced environments and adjust strategies as needed.

Additionally, the following would be nice to have :

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Sales Development Representative - French market with experience with a history of meeting quotas.

  • You’ll have a chat with our People Operations Specialist, Sofia Mombello.
  • You´ll receive homework to evaluate your skills and suitability for the role.
  • A roleplay interview with our Regional Sales Manager Guillaume Litkowski and Regional Sales Manager João Vitor Paoliello.
  • A final meeting with our Chief Revenue Officer, Benjamin Parotte.
  • We send you an offer!
