As a Sales Development Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to guiding potential customers in making informed decisions about selecting the right software solutions for their needs. This role goes beyond customer acquisition, ensuring a consistent and high-quality engagement approach throughout the entire customer journey.

Your primary mission is to coach and develop your team to the highest standard, driving performance, fostering innovation, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives, leveraging automation and best practices to scale operations, improve customer experience, and facilitate faster decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Development team.
  2. Train team members to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  4. Identify and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall impact.
  5. Maintain pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and operational excellence.
  6. Support team growth, succession planning, and continuous innovation.
Requirements
  1. Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.

  6. Fluency in Spanish and a professional level of English are essential. Knowledge of Catalan, Portuguese, or any other regional Spanish language is a plus.
