Formación

A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee financial operations for its Spanish entities. This role involves managing a team of four accounting professionals, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Spanish GAAP, and optimizing accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four accounting professionals.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and Spanish GAAP.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights for decision-making.
• Manage audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls to mitigate risks.
• Drive process improvements and enhance efficiency using SAP 4Hana.
• Support management with financial data and strategic recommendations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
• Advanced level in SAP.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or similar sector.
