Pueblo Inglés is looking for Program Directors to create a vibrant and inclusive environment for participants in linguistic immersion programs. The role requires oversight of all program details, ensuring success through strong leadership and communication skills. Candidates should have a relevant educational background and significant experience in similar roles.

Formación

• Must be 22 years of age or older.
• 3+ years’ experience in residential life for similar programs.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (C1-C2).

Pueblo Inglés has been a leading company in linguistic immersion programs for all ages for more than 20 years. We also develop personalized language training programs for companies in online and offline format, intensive courses and master's degrees in professional English depending on the needs of each student.

We are looking for Program Directors to join our team!

Your biggest challenge and objective as coordinator will be creatinga SAFE, RESPECTFUL, FUN, PRODUCTIVE environment for everybody.

The Program Director is ultimately responsible for the success of the program, every detail of organization and running a smooth program.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired.
• Facilitation, staff management, or teaching experience.
• Bi- or multi-lingual, with international travel or living abroad experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be 22 years of age or older.
• English : Advanced or Proficiency (C1-C2) (Required).
• Spanish : Advanced or Proficiency (C1-C2) (Required).
• 3+ years’ experience in residential life for similar programs.
• 3+ years of professional experience in recreation, camp, outdoor education, youth programming, or related field.
• Experience supervising staff and providing dynamic leadership to teams.
• Previous experience working with high school students as camp counselor, tutor, or other capacity.
