Job Description:

Aralia, an important national entity dedicated to the sociosanitary field, with over 30 years of experience and a strong commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive environment as a value generator, is currently selecting a Director for the Santo Martino Residence in León. Following the General Guidelines, the Director will coordinate and manage the center in all aspects, ensuring quality resident care, supervising and motivating staff, managing financial accounts, and handling logistical and organizational matters.

The main functions include:

1. Defining and planning overall objectives with the support of the team, following organizational guidelines.
2. Coordinating the various operational areas of the center.
3. Managing economic and financial control.
4. Ensuring comprehensive, quality, comfortable, and safe care for users, guaranteeing satisfaction and needs coverage.
5. Communicating with families and resolving incidents.
6. Supervising, organizing, and evaluating staff.
7. Monitoring ongoing training and professional development.
8. Communicating with public administrations and other stakeholders as appropriate.
9. Supervising supply orders for the center.

Minimum requirements include:

• University degree preferably related to sociosanitary/social fields (nursing, medicine, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social work, etc.).
• Additional training in management of social centers, geriatrics, dependency, disability, or related areas is valued.
• At least three years of management and coordination experience, preferably in residential services or occupational centers.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• High level of commitment, comprehensive vision, and emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Residences Management Software like Resiplus.
• Sensitivity and interest in social causes.
