Location: Madrid (On-site)
Salary: €130,000 – €150,000 per year + full benefits package (bonus, LTIP, medical cover, pension plan, and relocation support if applicable)

We are looking for a Global Director of Total Rewards with deep expertise in designing and delivering strategic compensation and benefits programs, with a key focus on Executive Compensation and International Mobility.
Our client is a NASDAQ-listed global industry leader with over $1. 6 billion in revenue. They manufacture and supply advanced metallurgical products across high-impact sectors such as energy, healthcare, global communications, and other innovation-driven markets.
With a clear long-term growth strategy in place, the company is seeking a visionary leader to take ownership of the global Total Rewards function—developing and evolving policies that support organizational growth and excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Define and lead the end-to-end global Total Rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
Drive key initiatives in Executive Compensation, International Mobility, Compensation Management, Benefits Planning, Performance Management, and more.
Lead data analytics, benchmarking, and reporting for all Total Rewards programs.
Identify tools, technologies, and best practices to improve effectiveness and consistency.
Evaluate current programs, assess competitiveness, and propose high-impact improvements.
Ideal profile:
Proven track record leading global Total Rewards programs in complex, multinational environments.
Strong focus and experience in Executive Compensation and Global Mobility.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and drive transformation.
Background in a global industrial or high-performance sector (e. G. automotive, aerospace, pharma, oil & gas) or experience in a top-tier compensation consultancy.
Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus).
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, data-driven mindset, and passion for impact.
