Responsibilities:

1. Identify investment opportunities and conduct market analyses to drive strategic decision-making
2. Evaluate companies and their financial performance indicators to assess potential investments
3. Lead and organize due diligence investigations for potential investments to ensure thorough analysis

Requirements:

1. Eight to ten years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, or M&A consulting with PE transactions
2. Strong track record in sourcing investment opportunities
3. Native-level German proficiency; fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Italian considered an advantage
4. Excellent negotiation skills in connection with purchase agreements, loan agreements, and shareholder agreements
