SantéVet is the market leader in pet health insurance in France and Belgium, with established operations in Germany, Italy, and Spain. Founded in 2003 in Lyon by Jérôme Salord, it now employs around 450 people across Lyon, Lille, Barcelona, Milan, and Frankfurt. SantéVet offers comprehensive pet health insurance solutions covering illness, accidents, and prevention through three brands : SantéVet, Bulle Bleue, and Jim & Joe.

Your responsibilities

• Work within the marketing department, reporting to the Marketing & Communication Manager.
• Assist in deploying the global communication, marketing, and public relations strategy, adapting to local specifics.
• Support the development of marketing plans following brand and company guidelines.
• Manage social media content publishing, community management, UGC, influencers, and e-reputation following the global strategy.
• Proofread promotional materials such as banners, mailings, brochures, and presentations, ensuring optimized results.
• Coordinate with media, agencies, partners, and suppliers, and organize B2B and B2C events.
• Support global marketing teams in SEO content creation and optimization.
• Provide administrative and project support for various marketing tasks.

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, or digital marketing.
• Willing to learn about social media, influencer marketing, content creation, CMS, lead generation, affiliation, CRM, etc.
• Organized, able to monitor and plan tasks, and work both independently and in a team.
• Proactive with a strong desire to contribute to projects.
• Good command of English; proficiency in Italian and / or German is a plus.
• Available to sign a learning agreement with your university.
