MISSION: WHAT IS THE TASK OF A DCS?
A DCS is the main point of contact between the client and ROIBACK. Their primary task is to increase sales for each client in their portfolio by optimizing online marketing for each direct channel and advising on new trends in online marketing, competitiveness, and profitability. Providing high-quality service is crucial, including managing issues promptly and accurately according to the service level agreed with ROIBACK.
POSITION: WHAT ARE THE FUNCTIONS OF A DCS?
The DCS is responsible for managing client accounts. Key functions include: helping define targets; continuously monitoring sales and service quality targets; identifying the level of account optimization in online marketing; defining and executing action plans to maximize revenues; advising on online marketing trends such as promotional campaigns, email marketing, SEM investment, and memberships; advising on pricing and revenue management; implementing new value-added products; and maintaining client loyalty through regular contact and on-site visits, assessing progress and needs.
PROFILE: WHAT CHARACTERISTICS DOES A DCS NEED TO HAVE?
Analytical and rigorous, with careful analysis of KPIs from tracking reports (sales, traffic, markets) to detect trends. Deep knowledge of the products or hotels managed to propose impactful actions. Commercial and proactive, with a focus on customer needs, flexibility in organizing daily tasks, and prioritizing profitable actions. Proactive in offering solutions. Interested in online marketing trends, competition, and destination insights. Continually expanding knowledge of online marketing tools and techniques. Expertise in ROIBACK tools and products, with the ability to teach clients their use and techniques.
