MISION

WHAT IS THE TASK OF A DCS?

A DCS is the main point of contact between the client and ROIBACK. Their main task is to increase the sales of each client in their portfolio through online marketing optimization of each direct channel and advising on new trends in online marketing, competitiveness, and profitability. The level of service provided to the client is crucial, emphasizing quick and accurate issue management in line with the service agreement with ROIBACK.

POSITION

WHAT ARE THE FUNCTIONS OF A DCS?

  • Manage the accounts of assigned clients, including:
  • Help define targets.
  • Monitor sales and service quality targets to ensure they are met.
  • Identify account optimization opportunities in online marketing; develop and execute action plans to maximize revenue and report on progress.
  • Advise on online marketing trends (promotional campaigns, email marketing, SEM investment, memberships) to maximize ROI.
  • Suggest improvements in pricing and revenue management for the direct channel.
  • Implement new value-added products offered by ROIBACK.
  • Address client needs regarding marketing changes and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
  • Enhance client loyalty through regular contact, calls, on-site visits, and ongoing assessment of their needs.
