A leading company in the construction industry is seeking a Billing Clerk to manage invoicing and collections within their Corporate Office in Cantoria. Ideal candidates will have a background in administration or finance, with strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in English and Spanish.
The Corporate Billing Clerk reports to the Finance Process Improvement Specialist. The billing clerk position is accountable for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, and updating customer files.
