Digital Workplace Consultant

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Full time Digital Workplace Technical Consultant for one of our key healthcare clients. This role involves managing the interface between the business users and technical teams, planning, and executing the migration to independent Digital Workplace services in the context of a carve-out.

Required Experience:

1. 5+ years in enterprise Digital Workplace technologies.
2. Device life cycle management (Windows/macOS).
3. Microsoft 365 administration and support.
4. SharePoint Online administration and architecture.
5. Enterprise voice and communication systems.
6. Software packaging, deployment, and life cycle management.
7. Knowledge of IT service management processes and tools.
8. Experience with technical requirements gathering and documentation.
9. Familiarity with IT separation/migration projects.
10. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
11. Strong English communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business users.
12. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary technical coordinator for all Digital Workplace service requests.
2. Triage, prioritize, and track service requests across the Digital Workplace portfolio.
3. Provide first-level technical analysis of issues and requirements.
4. Document technical requirements and solutions.
5. Participate in technical assessments for service and migration planning.
6. Develop and implement proof of concept solutions for the new digital workplace infrastructure of the company.
7. Support the migration of services in the context of the company carve-out.
8. Prepare regular status reports on BAU activities and migration planning.

Location: On site - Primary work location: Barcelona. Punctual office attendance required; no travel required.
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: Initial contract period till the end of the year with an option to extend based on migration timeline.
