We are seeking a freelance collaborator to support sales follow-up and client service development for a growing wellness and nutritional products brand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client interactions, working with structured scripts and communication templates, and contributing to a purpose-driven business in the wellness space.

Respond to client inquiries using pre-written communication scripts

Follow up with potential customers via social media platforms or messaging platforms

Assist in organizing client data and updating contact logs

Coordinate simple scheduling or onboarding tasks as needed

Provide weekly reporting on follow-up activity and outcomes

Clear, professional communication in English and / or French

Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently

Interest in wellness and customer engagement is appreciated

Freelance remote collaboration (task-based)

Compensation : fixed task-based fee with additional incentives based on client conversion

Possibility for long-term collaboration depending on performance
