The Catalog Support Engineering team works in a fast-paced, global environment where innovation and customer satisfaction are paramount. Our dynamic team is focused on delivering world-class support for our customers, providing a best-in-class experience through expert technical assistance.

As a Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing distributed systems, diagnosing issues with digital products, and taking action to mitigate problems. You will be responsible for monitoring system performance, performing change management, and troubleshooting activities to triage and resolve catalogue defects and issues.

A day in the life of a Support Engineer :

  • Becoming a subject matter expert on one or more services
  • Owning support activities for these services and working closely with development teams to establish and improve service support
  • Operating with limited guidance from management and driving issues to resolution
  • Understanding the business logic and architecture of your supported services to regularly resolve undocumented trouble tickets
  • Providing mentoring, training, documentation, and tools to other Support Engineers

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Experience in a technical support or software engineering role
  • Experience scripting in modern programming languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
