The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, experience with BIM processes, and be able to collaborate effectively within a team. This role involves leveraging tools like Revit and Civil 3D to deliver high-quality digital representations of projects.

Formación

• Specialized in BIM Modelling for at least 2 years.
• Master knowledge of Revit or Civil 3D with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

We are seeking a Digital Twin & BIM Modeller who will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing a comprehensive library of BIM components and models for Substations and Powerlines. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in BIM software and a deep understanding of engineering or architectural principles to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the BIM models.

What you will do :

• You create Digital Twins of entire substations and powerlines in alignment with internal and client standards based on survey data and existing asset documentation.
• You integrate data from other source systems like GIS, ERP or CAD to the models ensuring a holistic digital representation.
• You generate and update a standard library of BIM components for Substations and Powerlines out of 3D / 2D information.
• You export all BIM models to IFC format following a clear schema and data requirements.
• You coordinate your work with other peers working in IFC and Revit formats.
• You create and carry out model-based quantity and cost calculation.

What you bring & who you are :

• You have an electrical or mechanical engineering background or can prove similar skills at the hand of successful projects.
• You have successfully specialized in BIM Modelling of Infrastructure Projects for at least 2 years.
• You have master knowledge of Revit or Civil 3D proven by a strong portfolio of projects and more than 5 years of experience.
• You can do simple / complex routines in Dynamo for Revit or Civil 3D without a problem.
• You have a clear understanding of OPEN BIM and the IFC schema.
• You have a clear understanding of BIM processes and the concepts of Use-Cases, CDE, EIR, BEP are not at all strange for you.
• You have strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• You are Independent yet team-oriented and with a communicative personality
• Relevant certifications in BIM and Revit (such as Autodesk Certified Professional) are advantageous
• Strong Knowledge of python and Dynamo for automation of workflows is an advantage.
• You have Knowledge of working with point clouds / cleaning them is an advantage.
• Good english skills andGerman is a plus.
