CBRE España seeks a senior leader to drive the digital transformation of the Line of Business, aligning business, corporate and technology teams to deliver strategic objectives in a matrix setup. The role blends digital expertise with business vision to catalyze change and create value for clients.

You will define the transformation roadmap, manage a dedicated team, and influence stakeholders across functions while advancing AI, automation and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• 5+ years leading strategy, operations or transformation projects.
• Strong execution skills and leadership in matrix organizations.
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
• Solid business and digital expertise across operating models and processes.
• Foundational knowledge of data platforms, cloud tech and AI.
• Fluent English; real estate experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the digital transformation strategy and roadmap for the LOB aligned with the company one.
• Identify and deliver initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, client experience and business performance.
• Lead and develop a dedicated team of digital transformation professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
• Drive alignment across business units, corporate functions and technology teams influencing stakeholders.
• Promote the adoption of digital solutions, automation, AI and data-driven decision making.
• Establish governance, priorities and KPIs to ensure successful delivery and value realization.
• Advise senior leadership on transformation opportunities, digital trends and innovation.
