CBRE Group, Inc. in Madrid seeks a senior leader to drive the digital transformation of a key Line of Business. You will align business, corporate and technology teams, leading a dedicated transformation team to deliver strategic objectives and value realization.

The role focuses on leveraging data, AI, automation and digital technologies to improve client value and operational excellence. The position requires strong strategic thinking, proven leadership in matrix organizations, and fluency in

Formación

5+ years leading strategy, operations or transformation projects.
Degree in Engineering or Information Systems.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

Define and execute the digital transformation strategy and roadmap for the LOB aligned with the company one.
Identify and deliver initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and client experience.
Lead and develop a dedicated transformation team with high performance.
Drive alignment across business units, corporate functions and technology teams.
Promote adoption of digital solutions, automation, AI and data-driven decisions.
Establish governance, priorities and KPIs for value realization.
Advise senior leadership on transformation opportunities and digital trends.
