Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to Change-Enablement engagements, supported by Share PLM’s Change-Enablement framework.
• Participate in and lead workshops, prepare reports, and support project execution.
• Oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting for team members and client projects.
• Support and enhance overall account performance through process improvements and Share PLM framework enhancements.
• Actively advise Share PLM clients to enable changes in their digital transformation projects.
• Academic background in IT, engineering, business administration, or related fields, with additional training in digital transformation and project management.
• 3-5 years of consulting experience, especially in digital transformation projects, with knowledge of emerging technologies and agile methodologies.
• Technical skills in AI, Big Data, Cloud Computing, and data analysis.
• Soft skills including leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and client account management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships within the industry.
• Understanding of business models and focus on delivering value to clients.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Certifications in digital transformation and agile methods.
• Strategic, innovative, and results-oriented thinking.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed for projects and clients.
