We're looking for a Digital Trading Executive with Dutch language skills. The role involves working with the digital lead to meet commercial targets, including sales, GPV, and EBIT. Responsibilities include creating trading plans and building relationships with digital channel teams, buying, and merchandising functions.

Working hours: 39 hours.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Digital Trading Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning: Developing a clear trading plan for each market, coordinated and executed effectively, aligned with the financial year. Collaborating with merchandising, content, and marketing teams to ensure the marketing calendar aligns with key trading periods. Ensuring campaigns are aligned across retail and marketing teams.
• Trading: Managing onsite content and digital marketing imagery, ensuring accuracy of all e-commerce communications (order confirmations, delivery updates, abandoned basket emails). Creating briefs and working with merchandisers, production, and design teams to manage workflows and deliver projects on time. Identifying necessary enhancements to digital marketing infrastructure. Completing product copy with 100% accuracy to maximize sales and SEO. Running and improving social media strategies across multiple channels. Monitoring competitors and industry inspiration sources. Ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels, including desktop, mobile, app, kiosk, and iPad. Optimizing the customer journey from marketing touchpoints to purchase. Reporting on local market sales, GP%, conversion rates, and sessions. Analyzing website metrics to improve user experience. Working with digital lead to implement customer acquisition strategies, ensuring profitable growth of new customers. Deputizing for other markets as needed.
