Job summary

Envista's Ormco unit is seeking a Digital Technical Support Engineer in Madrid to support software, hardware, networking, and electro-mechanical systems across our digital orthodontic portfolio.

You will act as the top escalation point for complex incidents, collaborating with Product Development and Engineering to resolve issues, while contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing, and customer training for clinicians and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3–5 years in technical or software support.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows/Mac, networks, and databases.
• Experience documenting findings and resolutions in CRM/KB tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for software, hardware, networking, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Serve as highest escalation point for Level 3 issues in digital orthodontic software and services.
• Collaborate with Product Support, Engineering and Technical Services to resolve problems.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, guides and KB resources.
• Deliver trainings and share knowledge with internal teams and customers.
