Puig Deutschland GmbH in Barcelona is seeking a Digital Technology Project Manager Executive for the Jean-Paul Gaultier Fragrance brand to join the Digital Hub Tech team in Barcelona.

You will oversee planning and execution of the 2026 roadmap, coordinate with developers, QA, product owners, analytics, CRM and logistics, and ensure projects meet brand requirements while keeping platforms stable for customers and internal teams.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, program management or consulting.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Energetic, can-do attitude with a collaborative work approach.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in English; fluent Spanish preferred; French a plus.
• Technical knowledge is a plus; no IT background required.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar PM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning and execution of technical and digital projects across functions.
• Define and plan priorities for the 2026 roadmap with brand strategy.
• Own operating rhythm with the tech team and the product owner to ensure clear requirements.
• Create detailed retro-planning for cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and with quality.
• Ensure analytics, accessibility, SEO and performance standards.
• Support E2E processes, UATs, and manage JIRA tickets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and propose mitigations.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders clearly and regularly.
• Help DTC team understand CMS tools and document tasks.
