Digital Success Manager

Duration: Full Time Contract (12 Months)

Location: Spain / Europe (Remote)

Job overview:

We are seeking a Digital Success Manager (DSM) to provide ongoing training and operational support to our SkillsBuild partner organizations during onboarding, activation, implementation, and growth phases of the program.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Support the regional team and collaborate with the SkillsBuild Implementation Manager and CSR Managers to ensure program delivery and target achievement.
  2. Deliver training and operational support, including platform demos, learner engagement, community activities, and webinars.
  3. Share knowledge of the SkillsBuild platform and portfolio with partners.
  4. Assist partners in identifying key competencies, training, and activities to meet their impact goals.
  5. Help build communities, identify volunteering opportunities, and share learner success stories.
  6. Support marketing and communication campaigns for SkillsBuild.
  7. Participate in the global SkillsBuild team and community of DSMs for enablement and best practices sharing.
Candidate requirements:
  1. Strong technical skills and comfort with technology.
  2. Experience in teaching or online training delivery and developing learning plans.
  3. Operational support and troubleshooting experience.
  4. Experience with digital learning platforms.
  5. Knowledge of emerging technology fields such as AI, Cybersecurity, Data, Cloud, and Software Development.
  6. Understanding of digital upskilling challenges and regional employment markets.
  7. Familiarity with academic, non-profit, NGOs, and training providers.
  8. Global perspective with strong relationship-building skills.
  9. Adaptability to different environments and cultures.
Skills and competencies:
  1. Excellent presentation and online facilitation skills.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Customer and partner relationship management skills.
  4. Project delivery experience.
  5. Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work remotely.

DSM roles include regular training on the SkillsBuild platform and ongoing support from CSR specialists. Candidates interested in career growth, CSR, and digital ecosystems are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of SkillsBuild is a plus.
