The Role

We are looking for a Dropship Specialist to help shape the future of our direct-to-partner dropship business. You will work directly with the Commercial Director, playing a pivotal role in crafting and executing the strategy for key online retail accounts across Europe and the US — including Zalando, Amazon, and Deporvillage. This is not your typical e-commerce role. You won't just manage listings or track KPIs — you'll be helping us build a category-defining presence in the digital space, while staying true to our radical, NoNormal values.

Your Mission

• Co-create and execute the dropship strategy for major online retail partners in line with brand and commercial objectives.
• Own the operational relationship and performance of key accounts (Zalando, Amazon, REI, Deporvillage).
• Develop and optimize product listings, merchandising, and content strategies to reflect NNormal’s voice and values.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure timely launches, replenishment, and delivery performance.
• Analyze account performance and propose actionable insights — always asking “what if?”
• Act as an ambassador of the brand, bringing creativity and passion to our digital presence.
• Identify non-mainstream solutions to improve visibility, conversion, and partner satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years experience managing dropship or marketplace accounts (preferably within performance apparel, outdoor, or footwear).
• Proven track record with Amazon, Zalando, or similar platforms.
• Sharp commercial acumen combined with an out-of-the-box mindset — challenging "how it's done" and seeking smarter, more meaningful solutions.
• Passion for outdoor sports, sustainability, or meaningful brands.
• Operationally strong — capable of managing details while thinking strategically.
• Fluent in English; additional European language(s) a plus.
