Google Sofia is seeking a Solutions Consultant to support users across Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books and Movies. You will assist with billing, account management and digital purchases, while handling inquiries via phone, chat and email in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

The role offers onsite training in Sofia, relocation support, and a multicultural team with growth opportunities within a modern European office.

Your Role at a Glance:

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor supporting users across popular products, including the Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting users with non-technical issues such as billing, account management, and digital purchases
• Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
